I needed a simple, high tea luncheon for a study date with a friend, so I whipped this lovely together.
Serves 2
3-6 oz of Raspberries, to taste.
Sliced almonds
One chicken breast, grilled and diced (or torn to shreads)
One spoon of mayo
Salt and pepper to taste
You'll need to mash the berries up some, and then add a few more for texture. I served it with Whole Grain Wasa (I love Wasa) on spinach, with blood orange soda.
