I have a feeling this was a Bisquick or Campbell's recipe , but I love casseroles. They're good food for the cold months.
3 cups cut up, cooked and skinned poultry (chicken, turkey, pigeon, whatever)
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
16 oz. package of frozen veggies (or 16 oz of whatever veggies you like)
2 cups Bisquick mix
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 1/2 cup 2% milk
1 tsp poultry seasoning (or whatever you like)
1 tsp. parsley
Mix burd, soup, veggies, poultry seasoning and garlic salt in UNGREASED baking dish (13X9X2 is suggested). Stir Bisquick and milk together separately until well blended. Poor over slop. Sprinkle with parsley and bake 30 minutes or until light golden brown at 450F.
